The dragon is a mythical creature in Chinese culture, symbolising power, strength and royalty. This design represents how women are similarly powerful and strong, often being overlooked as if they are mythical creatures. Similar to a dragon, women are confident and can hold their own in a world that is full of unknowns, this design aims to remind the user to take each step forward with the power and strength of royalty. With a concept using a clear base to allow for an illusion of the structure of the dragon as supporting the foot, it brings an unconventional thought to the form of heels.
