This work is now presenting the consumer with a new design and style different from other which has been in existence and also promoting locally made design from local designers. Another problem is the inability of local manufacturers to meet up with competition, this work will introduce a design of particular footwear (shoe) which is going serve two different purpose it can be worn as a mule or ankle boot.
