I submit selected design from my ‘Future fossils’ series.
‘Future fossils’ is a speculative art project that is imagining the trace of an anthropocentric era. Since the footwear has multiple elements and materials fused, stitched, and glued together, it is hard to recycle. ‘Future fossils’ is a footwear collection that suggests how those elements, which ended up on the landfill, may look after morphing and fusing for hundreds of years.
