A 3D-printed and completely recyclable shoe representing an evolutionary step for a slow-moving industry. The Georgia was impossible to make just 18 months ago. This style represents the latest in hardware, software, and material development for digital manufacturing.
HILOS launched the Georgia in May 2021 to showcase the possibilities of this new technology. Each pair is made on-demand 72 hours click-to-ship, eliminating overproduction while saving 1700 gallons of water for every pair made. At end of life, every shoe is engineered for disassembly and complete recyclability.
