Rewilding is about re-establishing our relationship with nature, unleashing our wild spirits, uniting our body, spirit, and nature, coming back and understanding that we are part of nature, healing the diseases of our time, and transforming social relationships.
Practice rewilding through shoes and boots (fixed and simulated animal behavior) to achieve psychological rewilding by changing behavior patterns affected by behavior patterns; to give people new experiences and thinking about their structure and behavior, and to trigger people's Reflections on modern technological life.
