I used shoe designs that I created for a premium shoe brand in Poland Gino Rossi S.A. They were produced in hundreds of pairs. As fashion industry products they were subject of seasonality. Their lifespan was imposed top-down. I made my works timeless by embedding them in resin, which resembles shoes frozen in ice cubes. It is an attempt to restore the memory of the last and best shoes’ collection produced in this factory, which was liquidated few years ago. The size of Objects refers to the size of a shoe box. Titles refer to serial numbers used in the production process.
