YY Nation is a sustainably focused footwear brand. Taking real effort into replacing plastic components with natural materials and reducing carbon emissions wherever possible.

The legacy collection is made up of 4 styles of shoes all made using natural materials like Merino wool, Pineapple leaves, Bamboo, Sugarcane, Algae and Castor oil. The result was the worlds lowest carbon footprint shoe with the Bamboo Nimbo measuring 5.45CO2e per pair. The average carbon footprint across the collection also measured 7.1CO2e, half that of the regular industry average shoe measuring 14.1CO2e.
